Facilities

Troop 76 meets in the St. Bernard's School Auditorium, which has plenty of room for scout activities. Our large inventory of camping equipment is the envy of most troops. We have all types of tents, stoves, and cooking equipment--even the kitchen sink! We have two sinks which we bring to summer camp every year to help with cleanup. A large library of merit badge books and instructional videos are available to help the scouts learn. All this helps the scouts to be successful and have fun.

TROOP MEETINGS--Troop meetings start with an opening ceremony carried off by the scouts. This is usually followed by small patrol meetings, skills sessions, and a game before the closing ceremony. Many of the scouts and leaders then hang around for a little while while helping to clean up and talking. Scout meeting are run by the scouts, so that they can laern leadership and organizational skills that will last a lifetime.
